Travel photography displayed on the platform is sourced from Unsplash and is subject to the Unsplash License.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. EuroTripSaver does not guarantee that: • Travel cost estimates are current or accurate • Visa or entry requirements are up to date • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure • AI-generated itineraries are optimal or free from errors Always verify critical travel information through official government and airline sources.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EuroTripSaver Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to financial losses, missed travel connections, or incorrect visa applications made based on our content. Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (if any).
